Regional Managers

Our NEM groups are broken up into regions led by our regional managers. Our managers supervise local leaders, market groups, develop workout programs, direct contests,  and work closely with the NEM national director and the founder, Maria Kang.

Region I
Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut

Jennifer Dillon is a mother of 3, works full time doing payroll and accounting for Bay State Wiring Company, Inc and is recently certified as a personal trainer.  After having her first baby she realized she needed to stop trying to FIND time to exercise, but instead start MAKING the time. In 2014 she began her No Excuse Mom group in Tewksbury, MA and is excited to help motivate other mom’s that struggle with the same challenges of juggling jobs, motherhood and still making their fitness a top priority. Lacey Calkins
is a mom of two little girls and two fur babies and a wife of a US Marine.  She has a bachelors degree in Human Development, her Personal Training Certification and is the leader of her local Stafford, Virginia group.  She enjoys spreading the No Excuse Mom philosophy wherever she can and her family lives by it daily.  Running has recently become a passion of hers and she enjoys running fun runs and obstacle races as much as possible, finding a balance by running them together with her family.
Region IV
Florida, Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi

Andrea Durant is a wife, toddler mom, and fitness instructor/personal trainer. She is passionate about helping others on the road to a healthy lifestyle and believes that creating community within her group is the first step. Andrea loves working out, but feels that to help people find intrinsic motivation to get fit, it needs to start with something they enjoy. She describes her group meet-ups as a playdate with exercise added in. “We make it fun for everyone by having toys/activities for the little ones and music and good conversation for the moms. I have met some of my favorite people through this group and it makes me want to come back week after to week to hang out with them.” Andrea really believes in the values of the No Excuse Mom organization. Finding the balance of being healthy and happy is something she strives for daily. This group has changed her life in a big way and she wants to do her best to help it continue to grow and move forward.

Region V
Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin

Vieng Harvey
is a multi-business owner and mother of 2. She joined NEM in 2014 because she wanted to develop a healthier life routine. She is an artist, loves to travel and is a self-proclaimed foodie.

Region VI
Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana

Veronica Davila is a woman of many talents. She is a fit guru, entrepreneur, and mommy of two with one on the way! Veronica is a leader by nature. She is the leader of our Houston TX area and works part time, side by side with her husband, in their Primerica Financial Services business. Veronica has really turned her life around with NEM. She went from no exercise and a limitless diet to working out 3-4 days a week while pursuing Paleo. She remembers the days she lacked energy and felt sluggish. Thanks to NEM, those days are no more and the Davila family is committed to a fit lifestyle. “Seeing my children enjoy exercise and healthy foods make it all worthwhile. This revolution will change generations to come!”

Region VII
Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma

Mindy Westphal is a stay at home mom to two boys and a wife to a soldier.  She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, TX and a deep rooted passion for serving her community instilled by the civic organizations she has been involved with.  She was introduced to No Excuse Mom when she was invited to a group meet up at the Sierra Vista, AZ group and instantly fell in love.  When her husband came upon orders, she helped to start the Fort Stewart, GA group. Since her first NEM workout she has fallen in love with the organization, its impact in the community and how it has enriched her family.

Region VIII
Montana, North and South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado

Laura (Paty) Garcia Villalpando added “Villalpando” to her name in honor of her mother who passed away from cancer. She was born in Mexico and raised in the USA by both parents. She was introduced to NEM in 2015 and now holds group workouts on a regular basis in the Denver Metro area. “I have learned so much through NEM, one of the main things is to respect, empower and encourage women of all aspects.” She is excited to lead, help keep women stay active and encouraged so they can maintain a healthy life style for both their selves and families.

Nevada, Arizona, California, Hawaii

Mia Beringuel is a proud SAHM to Giovanni & Giuseppe, married to the man she fell in love with when she was 13, and a part time fitness instructor. She was instantly inspired by Maria Kang’s viral “What’s Your Excuse” photo and started the NEM SF Peninsula group in 2014. She loves to run and became the lead admin for the No Excuse Runner group in 2015.  She whole-hardheartedly believes in the No Excuse Mom movement and loves helping others get healthy and happy. She manages CA and HI.

Region X
Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska

Tasha Tartaglia is a stay at home mom, and happily married to my husband who is a submariner in the U.S. Navy. She is currently going to school to become a physical therapist assistant. She has a two-year-old daughter and two Australian shepherds. She enjoys hiking, working out, and running. She joined the NEM to find a sisterhood of moms who were trying to be healthy and better themselves, along with finding friends for her daughter. “I’m a shy person, but since joining this movement I have gained a plethora of confidence in myself physically and mentally.”


Region XI Canada Manager

Hillary Anderson has 3 boys and teaches yoga part time and loves weight lifting. She became a leader when her middle child was an infant in Tillsonburg Ontario. Hillary’s goal is to help more communities across Canada learn about NEM and what a great support system it is for caregivers! She joined NEM as a leader because she never wanted a mom to feel alone.

Region XII Asian/African Manager

Rhoda Zaide
is a mother of 2 girls and prioritizes her health because she is determined to live life without health issues.  Her values are rooted in her love for her family and faith. “I love to help, support and volunteer in anything I can do. I know that I have a big purpose in life. I noticed as I started to care for myself, people around me started caring for themselves also. I am always grateful..every second of my life.”

Region XIII European Manager

French Manager

Charlotte, 33 ans, est maman au foyer de 2 garçons : Cléo, 4 ans et Hugo, 2 ans. Elle vit depuis 3 ans à Tahiti mais s’apprête à vivre dans le sud de la France dès le mois d’août.

Professionnellement issue de l’agriculture, elle s’engage quelques années dans l’armée et se passionne pour le sport.

Après avoir eu ses 2 garçons, elle se donne les moyens de retrouver un corps tonique grâce à de bonnes habitudes alimentaires et une activité sportive régulière.

Après avoir dirigé 2 groupes « No Excuse Mom », elle souhaite s’engager pleinement dans le management du groupe France.

Engagée, organisée et motivée, elle saura être au contact des leader locales afin de mener ensemble une dynamique nationale et de participer au rayonnement de l’association.

After having her 2 boys, she gives herself the means to regain a toned body thanks to good eating habits and regular sports activity.

After having led 2 “No Excuse Mom” ​​groups, she wishes to fully engage in the management of the France group.

Committed, organized and motivated, she will be able to be in contact with local leaders in order to lead together a national dynamic and participate in the influence of the association.

Region XV New Zealand/Australian Manager
Roslyn Ryan is a mum to 2 very active boys. She is self employed and also teaches Zumba (a passion for fitness that has evolved in the last 5 years!)  Her goal is to teach and inspire mums to live a healthy lifestyle, reach goals and be great role models for their family. She wants to empower others to show them that YES they can do all this while being a mum a wife a sister and working full and part-time.

Country Manager of Czech Republic/Slovakia: Pavla Jurasek

Pavla Jurasek is a mom of 2 very active kids. She became a leader to meet new people after she moved from Czech Republic to Slovakia. The No Excuse Mom movement helped her find new friends, get healthier and work towards her occupation now as a personal fitness trainer and yoga instructor.
City Manager (San Diego/Austin/Las Vegas): Andrea Glick

Andrea Glick is a mom of 3 who works for a fortune 500 Tech company full time and an avid runner.While she loves running and going to group fitness classes, she found that many times women were looking for community and others who wanted to meet like minded women. She began the Austin chapter in 2015 with the hopes of fulfilling that need.She has been excited to help women connect with other women as they begin or continue their fitness journey. She lives by the philosophy that fitness is not a one size fits all and everyone should be able to try and find an activity that they fall in love with. She currently helps to assist cities with growing their communities and dealing with the complexities of being a larger city or metro.
