Easy Banana Oat Protein Muffins

 
 
 
 
 
Try making these simple muffins, even the kids will love them! Try adding peanut butter to the top for a more protein packed breakfast or snack!
Ingredients:
4 Very Ripe Bananas
2c. Oat Bran
2/3 Plain Low-Fat Greek
3 Egg Whites
1/4c. Quick Oats
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mash bananas into a large mixing bowl with a fork until smooth. Add all other ingredients and stir until well blended.
Grease muffin pan with coconut oil or shortening spray. Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups. Makes 12 muffins.
Bake 15-20 minutes until muffins appear set. Let cool before removing from pan.
